Jeff Bianco has more than 20 years of experience as a partner, manager, and client of Ukrainian IT services. Jeff has founded and grown two technology companies: GraphicCorp Inc., a publisher of software and digital content, which he founded in 1993 and later acquired by Corel Corporation in 1999; and CustomCD, a technology company providing on-demand media publishing solutions, which he founded in 2005 and was purchased by Digital River Inc. in 2008. From 1998 Jeff was a partner to Validio Software LLC, a successful software development company, which was acquired by GlobalLogic Inc. in 2008. Jeff brings years of successful entrepreneurial and leadership experience, having founded and run a number of transnational businesses. His expertise includes database marketing, software development, e-commerce, and business development. Jeff holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Denis Gobov has 14 years of experience in system and business analysis. In 2013 he received the title of Best Business Analyst in the Ukrainian IT Awards. A holder of the certificates CBAP® & IREB®CPRE-FL® & ICP-BVA® & BCS®BAF, he is a co-sponsor of the IIBA certification program. In addition, he is PhD and the creator of business analysis courses approved by IIBA. He is constantly working on the development of business analysis in Ukraine.
Svetlana Mukhina has more than 14 years of experience in the IT industry as a manager of projects and departments. At the moment, Luxoft Agile Practice engaged in projects audit and process transformations, personal career coaching of managers, mentoring and coaching Scrum Masters. The main thing in her work is to see how the understanding of a particular concept / model affects a person or a team and helps to achieve what’s planned.

Michael is a US citizen who has spent the vast majority of his adult life living in Europe. With 24 years of career experience, Michael has held global managerial positions for over 15 years and has serviced companies in various capacities on 5 continents. He has hands-on experience in various organizational and IT-based activities as a manager of geographically-dispersed multi-national teams. Within his consulting projects, Michael has specialized in performing feasibility studies, establishing business cases, executing competitive benchmarking and market entry deployments. His latest foray has been in establishing an eLearning portal, procurro.tv
He’s a CCBA certified solution analyst with 4.5 years of professional experience and practical exposure to the following domains: eLearning (corporate training), public safety (Computer-aided Dispatch) and US payroll.
Currently he works as an analyst for SoftServe, helping one of their customers to modernize their existing dispatch product marketed to public safety agencies and 911 dispatch centers in the US.
In addition to that he’s helping to launch a startup called Cleverup.one which is developing products for kindergarten classroom management and teacher-to-parent communication.
He spends his free time reading and exercising.
Valentin Budkin has 9 years of business analyst experience in ERP implementation projects, CRM, logistics automation, and business processes. His areas of interest include flexible methodology, business process management, case studies and solutions, and process mining.
